What is WATM


Around 1980 European researchers in the field of motivation felt the need for a closer contact between European colleagues who worked within the same theoretical framework (cognitive theories of motivation; achievement motivation; test anxiety; fear of failure; intrinsic motivation). As result of such discussions the WATM Conferences were organized.
